Rescheduling / Canceling an appointment in Yakima WA

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give our office at least 24 hours of notice. All missed appointments not canceled with 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 fee.

As a courtesy, reminder phone calls will be made the day prior to your massages, please make sure that we have the best contact phone number for you.

Of course, we understand that emergencies do arise. Please give our office a call if you are unable to make your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
